At Cook Moments, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process, along with warranty coverage for peace of mind.


✅ Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.


🔄 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact us at 📧 support@cookmoments.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) – Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return authorization number.

  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely.

    • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may cause additional delays.

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized furniture


💳 Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


⚖️ Partial Refunds

  • Products not in original condition, or returns requested after the 30-day window, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


🛠 Warranty

All Cook Moments products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us – Email 📧 support@cookmoments.store with your order number, issue description, and photos of the defect.

  2. Evaluation – Our team will assess your claim.

  3. Resolution – If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For warranty-approved claims, we cover the cost of return shipping.


⚠️ Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Cook Moments reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies for a warranty claim.
